I’ve been at Dawsongroup for 14 years and I love it. The company has a very good reputation, it’s a great place to work and we’re a friendly team. Everyone has been very good to me, especially helping me overcome challenges caused by my dyslexia, and making sure that it’s never held me back. I’m very grateful for that.

After a lengthy career in the rail industry,  I started working for Dawson’s and found them a very nice company to work for. The people in the business are generous, friendly, and helpful, and the company has rewarded us with things like a free turkey at Christmas, a hamper and a cash bonus, which is greatly appreciated.

After retiring from 30 years in the finance industry, I was looking for a job which was flexible and different. I took a job at Dawsongroup Vans, and have loved every day of my time here. From the team who I spend my days with to office staff, nothing is too much trouble and we always have a laugh and a joke.

I joined the company 10 years ago as a driver. 2 years ago, I was promoted to Yard Supervisor. I am now the Damage and Maintenance Supervisor. Dawson’s have helped me progress my career. I have received a lot of support from my manager, not just about work but on a personal level too. I can not thank them enough.
